Telescopic Sportsmast – Height Adjustable Pole – Capture Mast

The portable, fixed and vehicle mounted telescopic SportsMast filming systems are the very latest capture mast technology and the perfect mobile solutions for use with Video, Sports and Performance Analysis within the Sports and Education Markets. They can work as a completely stand-alone solution whereby video footage can be captured straight to the SportsCam PTZ, 4K or HD camcorder, a PC, Apple Mac or external hard drive plus they integrate and work seamlessly with any desktop Sports Video Analysis Software on the market such as HUDL, Sportscode, Dartfish, Nacsport and Online Video Platforms like HUDL, Coach Logic and Sports Analysis.TV

The SportsMast range comprises of portable, fixed and vehicle mounted telescopic masts available with variable heights between 3 to 17 metres.

The portable SportsMast 3m to 10m range are available with an integrated or separate tripod, the 15m and 17m versions are available with a separate tripod only. All tripods are available with an all-terrain lockable wheel system with height adjustable legs for uneven ground. Our Separate Tripod with Drive on Combination allows you to use a vehicle as the anchor weight for the SportsMast, or perhaps you want to mount a SportsMast as a semi-permanent solution on our bespoke vehicle mounted system or for ease of use around a training ground you can use our new 'Golf Buggy' system.

We can mount any single or multiple video cameras, 4K or HD camcorders or 4K/HD IP PTZ cameras on top of the SportsMast as well our own SportsCam PTZ range. You can follow the action by using a variety of pan, tilt and zoom options depending on your budget. These include are our unique Panning Handle for easy manual rotation of the SportsMast, the standard or upgrade automatic pan and tilt power heads or the SportsCam PTZ which is a quality all in one HD Pan Tilt Zoom Camera mounted inside a weatherproof dome. (If you want to control a standard video cameras or camcorders record and zoom functions at ground level it must have either a ‘Lanc’, ‘AV Remote’ or ‘Cam Remote’ connection).

We provide all of the necessary cables and remotes to control the video camera and pan and tilt power head at ground level, plus a variety of video cables that will connect the video camera or SportsCam PTZ direct to a laptop, Apple Mac, Canopus or Black Magic video converter for Live Coding and Tagging. If you simply want to view the footage that you are filming then we will supply a stunning 7 inch Battery operated High Definition Filed Monitor with SDI, Hdmi, Component and composite connections. Our SportsVMS Capture and Control Software is the perfect video capture solution for our SportsCam PTZ range (please see the SportsVMS page). A bespoke laptop shelf with weatherproof cover connects to the base tube of the SportsMast to give the user easy visibility and access to the screen.

The SportsMast range is robust, easy to operate and can be set up and taken down in under five minutes. The portable SportsMast range come in a robust, wheelable and weatherproof case for easy transportation in a car, van or bus. We also provide a roof roller box system or roof bar mounting brackets for the larger 15m and 17m SportsMast’s. A case is also provided for all of the accessories and cables.
